This Small Round Cotton Yoga Bolster is ideal for little yoginis, ages 3-12, or for adults who need just a little support. The small round 100% cotton bolster is the same high quality as our standard round bolster, it's just a little smaller -- 22" long x 7" diameter. This small round bolster provides perfect support for many yoga postures. Try it under glute muscles on the bent leg in pigeon pose for some extra height when extending the opposite hip. Our yoga bolsters are firm enough to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable. The bolsters are stuffed with 100% cotton batting. Blue
