This uniquely designed wooden Acu-Pillow has been used in Asia to cure neck and back pain and promote better circulation by Acupuncturist for decades. The new and improved adjustable Acu-Pillow offers two different heights which can be adjusted for various pressure points. Uses: Neck: Place the Acu-Pillow on the floor and rest the arc of your neck on the arc of the pillow. You may add a small towel for comfort. Gently massage the pressure points and breathe and work the muscles. This motion will increase the blood flow to the brain and reduce the tension in the neck muscles. Lower Back: Place the Acu-Pillow to lower back area directly above your hips. Make sure to keep your body fully parallel to the floor and lay for approximately 3-5 minutes for each session. This will help realign the spine back to its natural curve while extending and relieving any pressure points in the vertebral disks. When finished, gently roll over to the side. Stomach: Place the Acu-Pillow on your stomach and lie down for intestinal exercise. You can put the wooden pillow on lower, middle, and lower stomach to increase and enhance your immune system and intestinal health. Gently breathe in and out through your nose to increase stimulation and circulation to the intestine areas. Foot: Stand on top of the Acu-Pillow to stimulate the bottom of the foot to massage the various pressure points in your feet. This exercise releases pressure and improves balance in your core. Refer to the reflexology diagram which is connected to the internal organs. By stimulating the bottom of the foot, will reduce fatigue and insomnia.
